1. Acceptance of Terms

By using VUCEM OptimizerPRO ("the Service"), you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

VUCEM OptimizerPRO is a local document processing tool that converts and optimizes PDF, JPEG and PNG files to comply with VUCEM Annex 22 requirements. All processing occurs only in the user's browser; files are never uploaded to external servers.

3. Privacy and Data

We do not store, transmit or access your documents. All processing is 100% local. We only store account information (name, email, plan) for authentication and billing purposes.

4. Plans and Payments

The Free plan includes 50 documents per month without watermark. Paid plans are billed monthly and are non-refundable. Prices may change with 30 days prior notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that processed documents will be accepted by VUCEM, although our algorithm strictly follows Annex 22 specifications. We are not responsible for rejections due to changes in VUCEM requirements.

Data we collect:

• Name, email and password (for account creation)

• Payment information processed by secure third-party platforms (we do not store card data)

• Processed document metadata (name, size, date) for usage limits

Data we do NOT collect:

• We do not store or transmit your document content

• We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics scripts

Security:

Passwords are stored using bcrypt with cost factor 10. Communications with our servers use HTTPS encryption.
